THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND
I love the feeling of getting stronger.
And I want more women to find it, too.
Fitness is a big part of my life. Now I’m turning that passion into my next chapter, studying to become a gym instructor and personal trainer.
Strong with V is where it all comes together: strength, confidence and habits you can keep. My ambition is to support women through the different stages of life, with a particular interest in women’s health and strength through midlife.

Qualifications in progress · Coaching to come
LESS OVERWHELM. MORE YOU.
You don’t need to change everything.
You just need somewhere to begin.
Feeling capable. Learning your way around the weights. Celebrating the things your body can do.
You’re allowed to be a beginner. Ask the question, learn the movement and make space for small wins.
Simple plans. Flexible expectations. A fresh start whenever you need one, without the guilt.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS SMALL
Build a simple intention for the week ahead. A few choices, one doable next step.
MY FIRST SMALL STEP
A small win still counts. If your week changes, your plan can change with it.
KEEP THESE IN YOUR BACK POCKET
For the days you need
a gentler nudge.
